Refund Policy

PowerLibs offers two types of products: PowerLibs Pro (component packages - digital goods) and Settings (subscription service). Each has a different refund policy due to their nature.

Settings Subscription

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

No questions asked. If you're not completely satisfied with your Settings subscription, you can cancel anytime and request a full refund within 30 days of your subscription start date.

To request a refund, email me at support@powerlibs.com and I'll process it immediately.

PowerLibs Pro (Component Package)

Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable component code that can be immediately copied and saved), refunds for PowerLibs Pro are generally not provided.

However: If you can demonstrate that the product does not work as described, I'm happy to issue a full refund.

Examples of valid refund reasons:

  • Components fail to work in Power Apps as documented
  • YAML code does not generate correctly
  • Features advertised are missing or non-functional
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing the components

Bundle Deal (Components + Settings)

Bundle purchases include both PowerLibs Pro components (digital goods) and a Settings subscription:

  • Settings subscription: Eligible for 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Component package: Subject to digital goods policy (refund if product doesn't work as described)

How to Request a Refund

Email me at support@powerlibs.com with:

  • Your email address used for purchase
  • Purchase date (if known)
  • For component refunds: Brief description of the issue

I respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

  • All refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method
  • Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days (determined by your bank/card issuer)
  • You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated
  • After a refund, access to premium features will be revoked
