30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
No questions asked. If you're not completely satisfied with any PowerLibs purchase, whether a subscription (Components, Ultra, or Team) or the one-time Lifetime deal, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, email support@powerlibs.com and PowerLibs will process it immediately.
A Refund Removes Access
When a refund is issued, access is removed for every tier. That includes the perpetual component fallback for subscriptions and the full access of a Lifetime purchase. Keeping access forever applies only to paid, non-refunded purchases: if you cancel a subscription without requesting a refund, you keep permanent access to everything that was available during your active subscription period, and a non-refunded Lifetime purchase is yours forever.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@powerlibs.com with:
- Your email address used for purchase
- Purchase date (if known)
- For component refunds: Brief description of the issue
PowerLibs responds to all refund requests within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
- All refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method
- Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days (determined by your bank/card issuer)
- You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated
- After a refund, access to premium features will be revoked
